Return & Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle every issue/refund on a case by case basis in order to make our customer completely satisfied!

Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.

For stock items, if the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.

For all name add-on orders, a design proof will not be sent. Please make sure your spelling is correct before checking out. 

For all custom orders, a proof must have been approved by the customer before purchase. By approving the proof the customer agrees that all things pertaining to their custom order—including, but not limited to: design, color, upgrades, bag colors, etc.—are exactly as they want. So, there are no refunds for custom orders.

Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with the shipping company.

 

Shipping Policy

Current production time is 2-10 business day before shipping. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when checking out, as this will be the address we will ship our products. The ship to address MUST be provide in the SHIP TO section when checking out. Any address provided in the notes will not be used unless written confirmation has been acknowledged. Address changes that occur after checkout must be provided in writing thru email and a written confirmation of the change will then be provided.

Any package redirect charges incurred after the package has left our facility will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Bag Care & Information

All Oktane Cornhole Gear bags are top load machine washable on a gentle cycle with soap and fabric softener. DO NOT use in a front load washing machine or a clothes dryer. It is recommended that you let them air dry as the repeated tumbling of a drying can greatly reduce the life of the bag.

Due to the process of printing on cornhole bags, sometimes white spots/line can appear before or after use. This in no way affects the performance of the bags. We strive to keep printing issues to a minimum but sometimes nothing can be done to prevent this. Please be aware that this may happen to your bags. 

With the advanced materials used in our cornhole bags sometimes snags and stings can happen. Please do not use these bags on boards with sharp edges as this will greatly reduce the life of your bags. Sometimes a pull or snag in the fabric can be fixed with a little bit of heat to shrink the fabric back to its original state, If that does not work, sometimes you can just trim the stings and continue playing.

 

Advisory
Please note that if a bag breaks the resin pellets can can become a choking hazard to small children and animals. Please dispose of all pellets safely if a bag does break. Oktane Cornhole Gear makes high performace cornhole bags intended for competitive cornhole use only, any other uses are not recommended. Be Safe. Enjoy the Game.
